Dont arrive late
The recepionista was VERY angry that we arrived late as desk closes @ 8p.m. We had driven from southern portugal which was in a different time zone. To be fair the lady had sent entrance code in e-mail; I had 2 children & no oppertunity to check my correos electronicos as driving. The Receptionist was irrate & refused to allow us access. If we had not gained access via other people staying here we would have been left out on the street. Having already paid for accomodation!.

La persona que nos atendió fue grosera y se quejó de que el sistema no funcionará y que no sabía si podría darnos alojamiento. Que teníamos suerte, cuando ya habíamos pagado por la habitación. Las instalaciones de las áreas comunes son deprimentes y están en mal estado, la recepción no existe. El cuarto está bien y tiene baño privado.

Bom para dormir e sair para passear.
Ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel. Chegamos no fim da tarde e a funcionária estava muito brava porque não avisamos. Parecia que ela queria que não ficassem os lá. Saímos no outro dia antes dela voltar. Não deixou toalha e cobertor para nosso filho. Bom aquecimento e chuveiro quente. Ótima localização.

El recibimiento fue horrible. Llevábamos una bebé malita y tuvimos que esperar un buen rato en la calle hasta que nos atendieron al teléfono. La persona que nos atendió fue muy desagradable, borde y poco comprensiva. Mal tono, prisa y pocas ganas de atenderlos. La llave que nos dieron del portal no funcionaba y tuvimos que molestar a los vecinos para que nos abrieran. Se oía mucho el ruido de los coches. En general, por el precio, tampoco se puede pedir mucho pero lo del trato no lo perdonamos.
