Korean style mattresses can be a little hard for westerners, but the rooms, staff, facilities, amd area are all so amazing that its easy to overlook a harder mattress than i am used to! Wonderful stay!

The quality of room is very bad

No door for shower enclosure, water flooded in toilet. No air conditioning in two rooms. Furniture and wall old and torn. Floor mattress for sleeping is so thin that it shouldn’t be regarded as mattress. No swimming pool for a resort hotel, very disappointing. A very bad experience for our family. Charged a high price for a resort hotel but the quality of room is the worse in our travel in Jeju. Should give 1 star! Because of outlook and near to beach, Marginal for 2 stars ranking.

함덕에 머무른다면 최고의 선택인거 같아요. 위치가 좋아요. 급히 예약해서 잘 모르고 갔는데 호텔이 아니라 리조트였어서 생수가 없고 퇴실시 쓰레기를 직접 버리는 시스템이었어요. 리조트라 일단 방이 매우 넓고 사용은 안했지만 밥솥까지 왠만한 주방용품들 있었구요. 건물이 높지 않아 엘리베이터를 오래 기다릴 일도 없었어요. 다만 층간소음ㅠ 애들 있는 가족들이 많아서인지 한번씩 복도에서 소리지르며 뛰노는 소리가 가까이 있는듯 들리고 조용한 밤이나 아침 일찍은 윗층 사람들 돌아다니는 소리가 다 들렸어요. 애들 뛰는 소리도. 퇴실 후 짐 맡아주는 서비스는 없고 2천원 물품보관함 사용합니다. 뷰가 주차장 뷰였는데도 나무가 마치 캘리포니아 숙소에 있는 기분이었어요ㅎㅎ

조식이 내내 똑같이 나와요. 메뉴가 바뀌는 게 없고 맛도 별루예요. 시설은 낡았고 비릿한 냄새가 나요. 다른 직원분들은 굉장히 친절하셨는데 체크인할 때 팔? 손목?에 문신있는 남자 직원은 설명도 제대로 하지 않고 불친절했어요. 첫인상이 중요한데요. 주차장이 좁아서 큰 차를 렌트했는데 주차할 때마다 힘들었어요.
