Nice hotel - next to bus station - Gym not working
Good hotel just next to the Incheon airport shuttle bus station. Rooms are fine, and the breakfast buffet is good enough. One issue: the gym is not open at the moment, nowhere to exercise after a long flight...

No Service Old Hotel with Dark Wooden Room
The hotel lobby looks grand and spacious. However the room tells a different story!
Room is dark and woody, no floor mat on the floor so you need to be very careful after you come out of bathtub.
No free water in the room.
The Insect Repellant spray is beside the coffee/tea and cups, but the kettle is hidden under the bedside cabinet! OMG!
When I want a hotel receipt when I check out, they refused to print, saying since I booked from Expedia I have to print from there! I use Expedia many times but this is 1st time I encounter this.
I stayed in Ramada Plaza 500m away before, it is so much better, so I strongly recommend not to stay here unless you have no choice !

Nice for the area
Was there for one week for work, nice option on a budget. Shuttle bus to Incheon airport next door, many taxis in front of hotel, markets and many restaurants within 10 minutes walking.

Good basic hotel
Staff was great and I liked the location of the hotel. Overall the hotel was good. I did eat at the Chinese restaurant and wasn't impressed with the food. On my 2nd try at the restaurant, they were doing construction on it so it was closed.
The gym is lacking. The treadmill was dangerous to use. There were only a few sets of weights and they were 9kg max. One of the requirements I look for is a decent fitness room to use at a hotel. This hotel did not have one that was good to use.
The place was clean and would consider staying there again if I wasn't going to use the gym. Because the lack of a gym, I will probably stay elsewhere.

Nice and comfort hotel
This is a very nice hotel. I stayed there two weeks. The staff is friendly and polite. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is excellent, but very expensive. There are many Korean restaurants within walking distance, like Korean BBQ and Korean style shabu-shabu.
The hotel exterior is a bit old and dusty, the inside is clean and comfort. The standard room is a bit small and the air-conditioner is very close to bed and desk. In the second week, I switched to the deluxe double room, which is my recommendation.

Excellent Hotel Convenient to Suwon Sights
We had a great stay at Hotel Castle in Suwon. The staff was very helpful and friendly, recommending sights and giving us directions to locations we wanted to visit. Our room was clean and modern. The location of the hotel was convenient for us and parking was available. The rooms were well insulated from the outside, but the only negative was that sounds from the hall were just a bit easier to hear than I would've liked. Overall, an excellent stay.

Good for Business
I stayed here for 5 days and the Hotel is neat, clean and comfortable. The rooms have basic amenities like LCD TV with couple of English Channels, Study Desk and Good Wifi. The beds are comfortable and showers are good. The hotel is upto modern standards. The breakfast costs 18,000 Won per person and includes a decent spread. The surrounding area is safe and has quite a few restaurants and coffee shops. There is also a Mr. Pizza and a chain of Korean Burger joints for travellers who dont like spicy Korean Food. The Hotel has 3 restaurants, I ate at the Bistro which is a coffee shop couple of times and the food was good and very reasonably priced. The other restaurants are expensive. The staff speak english and are very courteous, warm and hospitable. There is a Ramada at some distance. However I think this Hotel is good for me whenever I visit again.

5 wonderful nights in Suwon
Stayed 5 nights at Hotel Castle. Our room had a Queen bed and a Single Bed and the bathroom had a bathtub. Our room was facing the main road with 2 big windows. The hotel provides complimentary toiletries and spa/sauna for male guests (including boys). Fast Check-in and Check-out and the hotel provides with complimentary wifi and water. The airport bus terminal is next to the hotel so it's very convenient to travel to and from the airport. Free parking at the multi-storey carpark right behind hotel. There are many restaurants and marts all around the hotel. We love the beef BBQ shop which serves great beef rib soup and beef BBQ at a reasonable price. Easy access onto the highway to Everland and Yangji and Jisan Ski Resort. Will definitely stay at Hotel Castle if I return to Suwon. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all on free and easy to Suwon.

Not fancy but did the job....
Definitely not a very fancy hotel but was clean with friendly service. Would stay here again but only if for business. However, to be fair, there are not too many choices in town.

small room for the price
small room for the price, but clean. Find a coffee shop for breakfast, as the hotel breakfast is expensive and awful. The worst coffee machine ever experienced. None of the food was pleasing.

Very Nice Hotel
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was spacious and the staff very polite. The only thing that could have been better was the location. However, there are some restaurants and coffee shops not too far away via walking.
