Need to improve
I booked this hotel total 3 nights. As I would arrive around 8 a.m at the hotel, I booked additional day for early check-in. Of course, I left a message to them through Hotels.com that I need them to secure my room for sure. Once I arrived, they said there is no room available and they couldn’t receive any message. I had to wait for 2 hours until my room is ready. What the most disappointing thing was they charged extra room rate for my stay. They explained it was done by systemic errors but Still refund was not made. I used Holiday Inn many times but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
