The aparthotel was clean, spacious, and in a great location with easy access to the metro and Gare de Lyon. The reception area was very clean, but the hallways had an unpleasant smell and the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The air conditioning would stop running about every hour at night, which made the first few nights uncomfortable. We also had to request room cleaning and additional towels. Overall, a convenient and spacious place to stay, but housekeeping and maintenance could be improved.

Hallways were dirty, room was mostly clean but some lights and outlets were not working, missing towels, sofa bed was full of stains and really made us think twice before letting our kids sleep in it.

After finding hair (not mine) in the bed sheets and towels, I checked out early for another hotel. There were a variety of other minor issues I’ll not mention. The hotel offered to move me to another room but they didn’t understand the issue was not the room but the overall cleanliness. They also refused even a partial reimbursement stating they had offered me another room. There are better choices in the neighborhood especially considering the room rate.

Tilava huone. Tilava wc/kylpyhuone. Veden paine heikko. Suihkusuutin ei pysynyt telineessään sopivassa asennossa. Keittiön varustelu riittävä. Jääkaappia ei saanut riittävän kylmälle. Oleskelutilan tv:n kaukosäädin löytyi vierailun lopussa sohvan alta. WC:n ja keittiön poistoilmaventiili ei toiminut. Ilma ei vaihtunut. Joka kerta huoneeseen saapuessamme siellä haisi pahalle. Tuuletimme ikkunan kautta lähes koko ajan. Muuten vierailu ihan OK. Em. ongelmat kuntoon niin sitten oikein hyvä.
