The hotel is well located and the beach is across the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room needs renovation. The bed is too firm and hard.

This hotel is in a great location, it’s clean, people are friendly, and it has A/C. The hotel is close to everything you could want, and a close taxi ride to local attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They will arrange most travel needs you have or give suggestions on where to rent a bike or go eat. With so many unique areas around Patong Beach, don’t be afraid to get a bike for a couple days and go explore. You can park the bike in front of the hotel during the night. This hotel is well worth the visit.

Nice location, very clean. The staff friendly. Easy to go to beach. Highly recommended! But!!! Just bring your own toiletries because there are no toothbrush, they provide shower gel but unaromatic.

Its nice area ,friendly staff, very close to everything's by walking distance. But they don't clean the room nicely still leave the mark .

Great location! it’s only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Tucked in an alley flanked by shirt sellers on both sides, we weren’t too bothered by them like other guests in previous reviews. One of the lady sellers always greeted us courteously when we would leave and return to the hotel, in the end, I bought one singlet as appreciation for her being courteous and not pushy like the others. The hotel staff is courteous as always, and prompt with changing a new shower head for us as the one we got during check in was filled with black algae and slime from overuse. Aside from the aforementioned shower head, room cleanliness was great! As for the room’s view, we got the back of the building so we didn’t bother at all about it since we kept our curtains closed whenever we were on the room, but as other reviews have stated if u want a better view, opt for other rooms with an upgrade. Our room 202 was also right next to the stairs, so at times we will hear the noisier guests walking up and down the stairs with heavy feet. Super small matter since it’s beyond the hotel’s control, but thought I’d mention it for everyone’s reference :) Overall, we had a pleasant time at this establishment and had a good rest nightly! Thumbs up!

A cosy hostel with good service. The room is nice and clean. No elevation with 4 levels. Close to the hot spots but still silent enough for us to have a good sleep. Breakfast is good. The staffs are helpful.

Fui muito bem recepcionada... O hotel é super limpo e amei o café da manhã, que vem em uma caixinha individual com pães, frutas... Apesar de não ter elevador... eu me hospedaria novamente pelo bom atendimento que tive. O local fica muito próximo a praia e a avenida principal de Patong... só achei um pouco difícil de encontra-lo pois o hotel fica em uma viela e nela há ambulantes vendendo souvenirs.... fora isso amei o local.
