반 파라다이스 호텔

I hated my stay at Baan Paradise. The property owners were a husband & wife pair, the wife was not friendly at all & did not make us feel welcomed. The entire hotel was extremely hot, there were no fans or air condition on to cool the place down. The wifi sucked. The shower area was so uncomfortable & we were asked to turn off the air condition during the day, only to come back to a very stuffy & heated room. This being of course, air condition that we paid for & should freely use how we want. The location of the property was in Patong's city center & everything was in walking distance. Not a good value for money.

Friendly staffs ..

I had a booking for 2 nights and when I arrived for the check in, there was a problem with my booking. They deceived it but didn't book a room for me cause they receive the payment from Hotels.com, what it was obviously my problem. The gave me a room for the first night and upgrade me to a suit in a hotel just opposite this one for the second one, so I can't complain but I would had appreciated if someone had contacted me in advance.

I booked this hotel because of the location, which is great. The room is very basic and has very small windows, but is clean and water is provided every day. The members of the staff are really friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is well located. Yet it has serious hygienic problems. There were cockroaches, fleas and other insects in the hotel room. I was seriously bitten by the insects over night. The towels also smelled badly. I would not recommend this hotel.
