We stayed room 709 in 10 Mar to 12 Mar. This is our second stay, we can just file and forget about our room's handbasin plug and shower handle are being broken in this time. But, the most problem is service. We realized some clothes leave behind in room 709 when we arrived at Singapore. Therefore, I called to check the lost and found, and they ask me to leave my phone number to call me back when they finished checking lost and found, and I was. But they didn't call me back. I understood. And I called again after 20 min later, other employee was received my call without knowing about our situation. So I explained again and leave my phone number. And we call again after we waited another 40 min again, but they didn't check the lost and found even this is our 3rd times call, and they ask my phone number again. And we wait 2 hours. When we called 4th times, they said they can't check our clothes because housekeepings are leave the office, and they promise to us to call me back after finished the check at 10-11 am, but they didn't. However, we finally able to talk to the managers at 2pm, not because they called first, because I called 6 times first. And finally they found cloths and they ask our address to send the post. But they mishear my adress during talking with me, so I tell my adress again even I send email. But they send to wrong adress. We can't tolerate anymore. Why ignored customer's says? Don't say "we will call you back", if you will not call me back.
