The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Complimentary luggage storage was also a great benefit.
However, the room description on Hotels.com was completely misleading. The photos showed beautiful canal views, which influenced our booking decision, but the room we were given had no canal view whatsoever. Additionally, the room was located at a different location than we expected.
The hotel should clearly indicate which rooms offer canal views and which do not, and ensure that the photos accurately represent the specific room being booked. This information is essential for guests to make informed decisions and avoid disappointment upon arrival. While the room itself was comfortable and the service was excellent, the inaccurate description and misleading photos significantly affected our overall experience.
