Worst of the many hotels and apartments I've ever experienced! The room was full of scents, the sofa bed covers were torn off, the curtains were short enough to cover all of the windshield windows, the air conditioner thermostat was broken, so there was no cold wind, and the TV was not working so i couldn't watch at all and there was no Wi-Fi connection. The front desk staff checked the air conditioner and TV and said that she can't take action now. I was staying for one night and told me that another employee would check the problem at tomorrow. I have to check out tomorrow, but only then fix it? It was really absurd.
I said i would like to talk to the manager about the condition of the room but she said it is also possible tomorrow. So, do I have to endure one night here in this state? The employee said there was nothing to do about it. I was so angry. The condition of the room and the response of the staff were all the worst. And the next day, the hotel did nothing.
