Will not stay again
I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights and we were super shocked that hotel staff yelling at the guests. I contacted hotel.com and they helped me to send the e-mail to the hotel. The front manager and other staff apologized to me and said they will provide 200% service so I didn’t ask refund rest of the nights. But when we were back to the hotel at night. They didn’t clean up the room at all and even no free water no towels whole night. Shocked again. We left at 3:30 pm that day and cleaning service finished 2 pm. I didn’t know and even they didn’t ask if anything we need when we are out. Just mentioned that they will provide if we ask the water….. I was really wondering where was 200% better service. My mom said it was not worth to stay compare with the price and seriously ruined our good mood for travel.
There was no restaurant for breakfast and coffee machine water part also so dirty. I will not stay there again
