Great communication! Things that could be better: no WiFi, no hairdryer, and the shower was teeny tiny and on a pedestal-making it dangerous to get in/out of if you’re physically challenged in any way. The place was clean, casual and a short walk to the shore.

Difficult to navigate for short stay

This is a good place if you plan on staying longer as it has a kitchen. For a short stay; it’s a bit cumbersome; since much of what is described does not work as it is: - the sign at the front desk said someone would be there from 10 to 6 - we checked many times; never was anyone there to try and pay the city tax - While there were many similar SSID‘s our network was nowhere to be found - quite a hassle of finding a phone number to call ( voicemail and full; request to reboot ,..) until we finally had a replacement - Laundry is not in the apartment as described - it requires a card which first has to somehow make it to you before use The place itself was comfortable and clean; but clearly more like a student dorm than a hotel The area is quite run down with graffiti everywhere…

Communication

The place was clean and well located in the city. However we chose this place to have a chance to clean our clothes but it was impossible. The employees were never there at the appointed time. And when we got hold of one she didn’t understand a single word in English. You had to buy a badge for 3 euro to clean your clothes but they did only have ONE badge for a whole residence. And we never got the chance to hold it. The boss who I called a few times never answered even though he sent a message that he was at the reception. Altogether it was a nice apartment but we didn’t get access to what the hotel promised. We don’t want to visit that place again.

Établissement bon rapport qualité prix. Logement basique, un peu vieillot mais avec clim, chauffage et double vitrage. Ça sentait un peu la cigarette imprégnée dans la chambre. Le 2ème lit n'était pas fait. Des draps nous ont été apportés. Il valait mieux ne pas regarder l'état du matelas et de l'alèze. Très bien situé, proche du centre ville avec un super resto indien à côté. Dans l'ensemble correct pour le prix.

il punteggio medio alto lo attribuisco esclusivamente alla posizione centrale che ti permette di raggiungere tutto con molta praticità, oltre al fatto che c'è un supermercato aperto sino alle 22. L'accoglienza non è andata male se non fosse che è stato il solo momento in cui abbiamo visto qualcuno. La Pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, non era specificato che con "kit da bagno e asciugamani" si intendesse ciò che serviva per un solo giorno. Molto funzionale invece la macchinetta del caffè che per un italiano medio è forse il secondo bisogno dopo l'acqua.

We walked approximately 20 minutes from the railway station down to the accomodation. This is in a slightly run down residential area. Facde of hotel is very french! Large french door! The check in staff were very helpful. We asked them for a good restaurant for Bouillabaise and they gave us good advice, You need to spend over £100 for a good Soup and book a good restaurant that they can suggest well in advance. Though the room had all the necessary facilities we did have difficulties. The oven was a bit difficult for us to use. But when we found out how to turn off the lock on it we got it to work. Slight lack cutlery could do with a sieve or other cooking utilities! This Hotel is good for its transport links.Shops and supermarkets are a two minute walk away on a main street with tram stops which can take you to the main spots in Marseille. Metro is 5 minutes away.

20 minute walk down from the railway station to this hotel in a residential street. Trams are five minute walk awayfrom the hotel leading to easy access to important Marseille Tourist spots! Accomodation adequate for what we needed! Supermarkets within 5 minutes easy to carry bags full of food back! Employees gave advice about where to get bouillabaise soup wish we had booked the place they suggested well ahead! As on the night we tried they were booked up!

Personne à l'accueil à midi (il paraît que j'ai reçu un mail lors de la réservation il y a 2 mois, il aurait été plus judicieux de l'envoyer qq jours avant), personne ne répond au n° qui est affiché sur la porte, j'ai réussi à obtenir le n° du propriétaire par un locataire (car il n'y a pas que des touristes, mais aussi des gens qui y vivent), je l'ai enfin eu après plusieurs appels et un des locataires est descendu amener la clé de l'appartement vers 14h30. Une fois dedans ce n'est pas mieux, il faisait un froid de canard dans la salle de bain car un petit radiateur électrique pour tout un appartement ce n'est pas suffisant, tout est vieillot et d'une propreté douteuse. Pour obtenir du papier toilette, il a fallu demander à une autre locataire car personne ne semble gérer le lieu (où est le personnel multilingue ou la consigne à bagages de l'annonce ?). Le pire endroit où je suis passé depuis des années. Le seul point positif, c'est que l'emplacement est assez central.
