Every hotel needs a Jackie at their front desk. She is amazing

Hotel was fine. It was a little bit unclean and there was a small hole in our wall. The curtains to outside were thick black paper. But it was a fine option overall. Beautiful area

Pool wasn't open, only bummer! Breakfast was great and check in and out was very customer service friendly.

This hotel should not be open to the general public until their renovations are finished. Seeing little kids running around the hallways and playing outside at night, it seems that the facility is being used as low income housing or as a homeless shelter. I don't have a problem with that in and of itself but the hotel shouldn't also be available to the public at the same time.
We were given our keys to a non-smoking room but it was clear when we entered our (unlocked!) room and closed the incredibly squeaky door, that a previous occupant had been smoking in there.
We decided not to stay and find another hotel. Thankfully, the manager gave us full credit for our non-refundable reservation
