Listen, I really wanted to love this place. It was clean, the bed comfortable, area quiet, staff was great but, there was some kind of air freshener pumping out an overbearing scent in the room. I get it, you want the room to smell nice and hotels often smell odd or of cleaner. But, it was just too much for me and the scent never dissipated like a plug-in air freshener was going. I tore that room apart looking for it and had called the front desk asking where it was- they didn't know. They offered to move me to another room but, I'm sure the fragrance is deliberate and likely existed in every room. It would have been fine if it hadn't been so strong. At least give people the option to turn it off and air out the room.
