Arriving on a weekend means contactless instructions sent on the day, which isn’t pleasant if you don’t have internet. Kettle was super dirty, it was changed when I sent them an email by accessing the apartment the next day without informing me. Same with adding a blanket because I wasn’t able to control the AC from iPad and was freezing. I sent an email, they cranked up the heating remotely and the apartment was super hot. I sadly didn’t enjoy staying there, and it was an investment. I didn’t get the apartment in the pictures, or the upgrade, or a bottle of wine as promised with VIP access. The communication was dry, not friendly. This was a birthday treat, and I told them. They didn’t seem to care.
The size of the apartment is fantastic, The Rituals brand soap and hand cream is a nice touch, the furniture is elegant, but the nearest supermarket is a 15-20 minute walk away. Communication is lacking, that’s for sure.
