Staff is friendly but it condition of the hotel was not good I am not sure whether there is some renovations taking place they need to improve the floor and lift

Amazing

The hotel is in a good location to access the beachfront area. But it is in a rundown condition, and limited security control at the entrance. The loud background music in the breakfast hall contributes to the surreal setting.

Great reception, atmosphere, clean and safe. Takeaways brought to our room- great! No smoking area is a turn-off as we had windy nights it was so unpleasant to stand outside. Parking that is Faraway- approx 20 min walk not ideal at night - hotel can improve by offering a driver service Or offer assurance that cars are safe on their street driveway. My at most gratitude is host- Siyabonga Buthelezi made our stay comfortable and the kitchen staff with thier Chef Mirosh accommodated my food sensitivity diet. We had a pleasant stay...
