The room was clean and bright with lovely air-conditioning which is very important in Summer. The breakfast was wonderful, I enjoyed it very much especially the waffle. Parking was safe as we needed a code to assess the parking area.

Overall the stay was good. Plenty of breakfast choices but could do with more vegetarian cooked options. Hotel room floor was stained under kettle/TV unit but other than that the cleanliness was good. Short walk from the town centre and the seafront also so ideal for seaside holidays. Just expect a hike up the hill to get there The room was booked with a view and it did not disappoint.

It was ok. Nothing special - I did expect a little more for the price. Not in the best part of town but quite central. My biggest issue was the breakfast. The bacon was like cardboard and sausages were the other end of the spectrum - lifeless and pale. Staff were friendly enough but it didn't feel welcoming. Meh....

Great location, although Bournemouth is hilly, underground car park is very convenient, check in quick and room ready early. Room very comfortable, modern and clean - only missing a fridge. Breakfast was excellent - happy to go back

Bank Holiday break

Hotel is in a great location close to the main areas. Parking is directly below the hotel, reasonable priced and secure; be aware there is no lift into the hotel, you need to walk back out the entrance, however there's no obvious signs to tell you this. Staff were always polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and had a nice view (5th floor). Breakfast is included in the price and was plentiful, however, having stayed with Hampton on a number of occasions before, we found there to be less choice (fried eggs just 1 example) and the hot food was noticeably bland. Additionally, signage was lacking i.e. semi-skimmed or whole milk and what the waffle toppings are. Overall positives outweighed the easily rectified negatives and would definitely consider staying again.
