房內通風不好,有霉味
但附近緊鄰地點與商圈....是一大優點

地理位置方便，附近有許多商場，離1號地鐵徐家匯站5分鐘路程，一樓有免費咖啡。
隔音不好，房間小，浴室是透明的沒有隱私，從鏡子就可以看到浴室狀況，建議加裝布廉會更好。
