Very nice hotel with really helpful and friendly staff.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent lodge. We had the signature room with the bathtub and had a great view over the lake.
Fabian, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great old hotel with character and a fantastic shower, robes, and slippers.
Krystal, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Quite difficult to access the room with luggage. Car park is a long walk.
Rich, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great spot great service in Glencoe.

We had a wonderful one-night stay. Scott (reception and overall guest services) and Roman (waiter and barman) were both fantastic. Food was incredible at dinner and breakfast. Very close to Hidden Valley trailhead for the hiking crowd.
William, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff at the hotel were helpful but we had several challenges during our stay that were a bit out of their hands (power outage, etc). Bright spots were the hot tub access outside and staff help. Downsides was that the family bunk room we booked was surprisingly tiny (like we had to take all but one suitcase back to the car because it was too small to even have them there). Pictures didn’t convey this and Staff said the Hotel is due for a refresh, so maybe in a year it will be

A very nice stay for couples.
Talia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Very noisy dogs in bar made eating in the restaurant unbearable
Andrew, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The price is insanely high for what you get. I feel robbed.
Maria, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Our stay was nice. However, there could be improvements in the dining experience. We ate in the “Fish and Chips” and the “Pizza” restaurants. They’re all the same, same cook. The food was fair. There’re aren’t other options in Glencoe. The location was nice, the staff friendly. It was only the food options that were a miss.
Debra, 2-night trip

Great place to stay, clean rooms and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Let down

The food at the hotel restaurant was terrible. Even tho they claim to be 5 star fine dining. The staff were very kind and helpful but just seemed undertrained. Our room was small hot and stuffy just didn’t match the high price. The bar wasent staffed to make any cocktails Overall just too high of a price for what it was
Matthew, 1-night trip

Had a lovely stay at the Glencoe Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful and my room was quiet and I had a restful sleep. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely Staff

The staff was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location is very quaint and quiet. The rooms don’t have frills, but you don’t need them in the highlands.
Nicolas, 1-night trip

Nice place but pricey for what you get

Cute place. Cozy, Hot tub could have been hotter. Sauna was nice. Had a good dinner at Moss. Hotel was over priced for the experience.

Lovely old Inn

Lovely old Inn in the town of Glencoe. Being an older building tended to be a bit of a maze. We had a back room with view of the garden. There was a spa and sauna there but due to weather did not partake. Others did. Is not as deserted looking as the picture and more part of the township.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Service a little slow but food was good. rooms clean and fit for purpose
Grace, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Ok for 1 night

For what we paid for 2 nights I thought the room was basic, compact and the bathroom very small, the shower was tiny and really not great for larger people. If you are in a room by the drive you hear every car up and down the gravel path. This place is ok for a one night stop over.
