My recent stay at this so-called five-star hotel was highly disappointing. There were no towels in the room, and despite requesting them, it was uncomfortable waiting. The hotel, with 500 rooms, had only two phone chargers, and despite being “on priority,” I never received one during my two-day stay. The wardrobe handles were broken, and the reception staff was unprofessional, giggling and interrupting while serving guests.
To make matters worse, at check-out, I was wrongly charged for a mini-bar item I didn’t use. They claimed they supplied two packs of nuts, but only one was provided. It wasn’t about the money, but the embarrassing argument over such a trivial matter was unacceptable.
Having stayed here since childhood, this experience has ensured I won’t return. O.F, I hope you address these issues. This is far from a five-star standard.
