It's an older type hotel/motel but has been remodeled and is VERY clean (hospital grade disinfectants used). Right next to the falls and walking trails. Breaky was delicious (not included but fairly priced)

For a small amount more than the standard room, we got the deluxe panoramic view with balcony. Well worth $10! The room is huge, the view is great. The restaurant is convenient and lovely. Staff are all very friendly. Great option to stay in Grand Falls rather than Edmunston when travelling a distance.
