HIGHLY UPSET !
I paid extra for “All Inclusive” yet this place did not provide that experience. There was only one restaurant that was actually included . Everything else was at the other location and you had to make a reservation because everything closes early. There was no emphasis on making reservations during check in . Speaking of check in , Check in was at 4pm yet I didn’t get to my room until after 5pm . You also have to wait for a shuttle cart to take you everywhere . Room service was supposed to be included , when I tried to order the rude desk clerk cut me off and transferred me to a line that no one ever answered. I was left starving on my birthday and wasted money on cabs cause they kept telling me other places that were supposedly included in my package but were not . They didn’t even give any type of complimentary service or anything for my birthday. They also didn’t even provide water in the rooms. When I asked to speak to a manager about my experience it seemed no one knew how to provide customer service let alone be a manager. No one knew who was in charge of what. Ana the so called “guest experience manager “ had the nerve to tell me not only that she wouldn’t/ couldn’t help me , she told me she was “ too busy” !!!! Everyone was rude except Erwin who was not in a management position. This was the worst experience of my life at a resort . I felt stressed , unappreciated, frustrated, and robbed . All I wanted was a relaxing birthday trip but didn’t get it.
