I like it almost 100% but the toilet makes a whistle sound like some kind of alarm. It's a typical residential toilet with an elongated bowl, but the floater only goes up about half-way and shreaks that pesky whistle noise.

The guy at the front desk was friends but I had to wait for about 10 minutes until he got there. The rooms horrible. Baseboards were falling apart with wall and appliance yellowing. Just looked bad all around

Carpet was so dirty, my flip flop kept pulling off my feet when I walked. Shower curtain rod was off the wall. I had to prop it up with a drawer from the kitchen. Other tenants playing loud music until midnight. No one at the desk at night to complain too. It was a beat up place.

Very outdated. The carpet had a sticky residue to it, and not vacuumed. The toilet water pressure was so poor it wouldnโt flush properly, barely allowing urine to go down. I checked out a day early. Would not recommend.

I just thought it was nasty I had a shower with no shower curtains bed looked like something you were set up outside to sleep underneath the tent floors nasty the walls was nasty it was terrible I got it cuz they had kitchen area but it didn't have anything to cook with

The night was so bad I received verbal approval from the GM Natalie VanArsdall-Williams for a full refund. But since I booked through Hotels.com I had to request the refund thru them. Now Natalie has avoided response for over a week. I am truly disappointed in her as a GM and in the whole experience.

This place was terrible. They didnโt have a working keycard machineโwhich they failed to mention until after I paid. As a result, the only employee on duty had to personally let every guest into the building and into their rooms. Each time I left my room, I had to wait to be escorted back in, but only after the employee had helped others who were also waiting. I went out to get pizza and had to wait again to be let back into my room; my pizza was cold by the time I finally got to eat it. The poor woman working was doing her best, and none of this was her faultโbut she should have informed me about the keycard situation before I paid for the room.

The room was nasty and smelly animal hair was all over the carpet. For 2 days i didnt have a key to access my room and the clerk was not trying to help solve that problem. I ended up staying with family due to not having access to the room until daylight because the clerk who was so unprofessional shut down at 11p. I will NEVER book a room at that location and i wish i could get a full refund

The first room we were given smelled horrible and was filthy and didnโt have any linens on the bed. Front desk gave us a second room and although it had linens we ended up sleeping on top of them and used our own blanket. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room but the shower lever was stuck preventing you from taking a bath and the bath drain wouldnโt hold water either. We stayed but only because we were exhausted from travel and our eventful day. I will never ever book a room a this property again.
