NOT in summer. AC does NOT work. Go Scandic Eden

Compared to other hotels of its kind, for example, Scandic Eden Nokia, where we have also stayed in the past, Caribea is way worse, you get charged for every little thing, the restaurants are way worse, and after this last time, we won't be back. Not only was it 40% more expensive, but Caribea does false advertisement since it advertises AC, and the rooms did not have any. Despite requesting three times to get our room changed to the part of the building not directly hit by sun, nothing was done and we spent two awful nights sleeping in heat.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja lämpöä oli huoneessa jatkuvasti 26 astetta. Huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia. Huoneessa oli vain muovimukeja ei laseja. Suihkun lattiassa oli hometta. Kaikki ravintolat meni kiinni ennen klo 22 illalla. Hotellissa ei ole aulabaaria.

Hotelli on jo nuhruisessa kunnossa ja esimerkiksi suihku jo epämielyttävän likainen. Huoneen lattialla oli hiekkaa. Lakanat ovat erittäin huonoa materiaalia koska tuntuu että nukkuisi muovipussin sisällä, eivät hengitä. Vessanpöntön kansi oli rikki ja se vaihdettiin, mutta oli asennettu väärin ja itse piti vielä korjata. Palvelu on ystävällistä ja aamupalalla on nopea pöytien siivous. Aamupala valikoima riittävän kattava ja hyvä. Aamupalatila voisi olla viihtyisämpi, eli ei niin hallimainen. Viherkasvit, verhoista tehdyt väliseinät voisivat vähentää kaikua ja tehdä lisää viihtyisyyttä.
