Overall, a great place to stay in Lagos if you're on a budget. It is a nice, small hotel located off a quiet street on Victoria Island - this is important as several of the hotels in the area either have night clubs on their premises or nearby which makes a good night sleep fairly impossible. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating - they jumped right on every request (e.g. laundry service, wifi issue, etc.) and also stored my luggage when I was traveling for a week. The location is also ideal for any meetings you have on VI, Lekki or Ikoyi and you're in short distance of lots of great food options.
The rooms are typically a good size with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The water pressure in the shower is also a wonderful feature. The building and rooms were hastily put together so the finishing is not 5-star but it is adequate. The rooms I've been in also do not get good natural light so they feel a bit dark. Wifi is a little spotty but no more than anywhere else in Lagos. There is a restaurant which serves a range of food - the best dishes are Lebanese. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room but I think it should be - the price sometimes seems a little high for the value you're getting without having breakfast included. Finally, if you don't have a taxi hailing app on your phone, the staff will arrange a driver to pick you up from the airport. It will usually be 50-70% less than what you can get on your own which is great.
