My family and I traveled to South Korea from the United States. We stayed and the Toyoko Inn in Busan for three nights. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with a lot going on, especially during the weekend. The staff were all very nice, and we especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also enjoyed the pajamas that were available to borrow in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to cut short my stay in Busan and a lady on reception helped with refunding the difference. Staying at the Gangnam property and booked here as a one nighter in Busan. This is a great hotel, love the added touches like pyjamas, coffee etc that you can just pick up. Rooms are clean, modern and so quiet. Had a great sea view. Close enough to all the action

We had a family room with a view of the sea. The location is great, and breakfast was provided—a simple yet satisfying Korean buffet. There are washing machines and dryers available at a very reasonable price, and single-use detergent can also be purchased on-site. It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and fuss-free hotel.
