A nice hostel with a handy location.

This is a nice hostel. The washrooms were clean. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. It is located a few minutes walk from downtown Squamish, restaurants and fast food outlets, and a grocery store. The mountain view from the rooms is amazing.

Good location. We had a room with a private bathroom. The rooms are a little dark and beds okay, but the bathroom was nice and clean. The facilities and organisation at the Inn are great. Really welcoming shared areas. Outside spaces too are good. Good value for money. Basic but what you need and well thought out.

The staff was helpful, the hostel was clean, the other guests were friendly. Great vibes all around. The only thing that was difficult was parking our van as the parking lot here is small and we drove a camper van. There is also no AC in this hostel so it can get pretty toasty during a summer heatwave! We loved the location's proximity to the beach and cute coffee shops and climbing locations. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for me to introduce my two teenagers to Hostel accommodation. No doubt it opened their eyes to a new world. My only wish is that all their future experiences match this first one. Pillows could be better is the one complaint I heard.

While I am reluctant to post a negative review, for the small fortune that it cost to stay here we were very disappointed with our experience. It doesn’t take much to make a stay even half good, the biggest piece being you are prepared to get what you pay for. Unfortunately there are few options in this part of the province seemingly, driving up pricing into what feels like highway robbery. The parking was limited forcing many guests to choose a piece of the narrow street. As a parent travelling with two kids, extremely disappointed to have paid close to $300 for 3 single beds that we had to make ourselves, in a tiny room with no AC, no window safety features and downtown Squamish. If there were towels we didn’t know where to find them. The bathrooms are open to any gender, which would be fine if they were self contained units, but the closed off bathroom with separate shower stalls and toilets open sink area didn’t feel like a safe choice for a family accommodation. I wish I had all the facts before I booked, would have skipped the stay here and driven extra hours for sure.
