The hotel was impossible to find, undergoing internal construction, very noisy due to the trams running until late at night, I was charged for a second room because Hotels.com screwed up the booking and the rooms were falling apart with bookshelves hanging off the walls above the beds.

The air conditioning did not work well. We sweat all night long. Also, the person at the front desk was not there to help at night or for check out in the morning.

are stay was a quick jumping off point for our vacation, being in heart of Milan right by the Basilica was amazing, The hotel has an elevator "small" but it meant we did not have to hall our bags up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment was beautiful, decorated very nice. Private bath, bedroom, pull out couch for my daughter, great wifi secure building,

It was an overall good experience. Clearly the location with 2 minutes walk to piazza duomo is the big winner. Noisy at night and smallest elevator I have ever seen in my life. Clean and comfortable room. If you need service after 5 pm, nobody is there. Good luck.

We only stayed for one night due to a cancelled flight. Location was great, however being very central there was a lot of noise from the trams that run throughout the night. Apartment was spotless, spacious, with all the essentials and very friendly staff.

Great location. But a hint - if getting a taxi from the station, just ask to be taken to Piazza Duomo to the taxi stand at front of Duomo. This is only a few metres to the apartment through alley opposite (use map). Better than giving exact address as hard for taxi to find. Tiny lift but thank goodness it was there as we were on the fifth floor! Great restaurants in near vicinity. We went on Last Supper, Castle and Duomo Tour which is well worth it. But get a cab to starting point as it is further than it looks on map.

The place was amazing. The location was fantastic, so close to Duomo and the metro stations. The accomodations were unique and interesting. The decor and design was very Italian. I loved the jacuzzi tub in my room. I enjoyed the older building and unique lift. The only downside was the street noise from the trolleys and buses that run by continually. There is nothing they can really do about that but they did provide ear plugs. If city noise bothers you this is an issue. Otherwise I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Service staff are very nice & helpful, we appreciated the service & support they provided. The hotel location are perfect for a few David holidays, it is 2 mins walk to Duomo & Cathedral. However the hotel is 100 years old, the facility is in acceptable condition but it is outdated. I think it may be suitable for budgeted limited traveller.

Great place, spacious, clean modern. Just... bring earplugs: the trams outside are VERY noisy, but this is not the hotel's fault!
