I rented a car for one day through the reception. I later learned that they charged to my credit card 884 € for damages which absolutely were not caused by me. They sent me photos of damages that clearly were not resulted from my driving. I believe someone at the rental car company is defrauding me. I’m hoping that the hotel management will help resolve this issue but I can’t believe something like this could happen at a hotel like this.
