My family and I really enjoyed Royalton blue Waters . We had a Buttler service and Ryan. was the best Butler Iโve ever had. He made our stay so complete he checked in he did above and beyond making sure that my family and I were comfortable and not in need of anything. we receive a daily schedule of whatโs going on at the resort every day was something different.

We were not impressed with the food and how reservations were made for the restaurants. Staff kept redirecting us back to an app that didn't work and seemed inconvenienced when we asked for help. This was the first of many all inclusive that left me feeling negative about the food in general. There were some really great bartenders and servers and also some really terrible bartenders and servers.
Overall, we really enjoyed the property and our 8 year old really enjoyed all there was to offer. The kid friendly games and nightlife made up for the poor experience(s) above.

A very enjoyable experience, butler service was great and the use of the hospitality room at the end of the stay was perfect. A good selection of food. Staff on the beach were cheerful and helpful especially Shaymar who met our every need whilst on the beach.

Great food, very understaffed and overworked staff. Not enough food, always ran out of selections very early in the day and night. Nightly entertainment was the worst Iโve seen on a resort, very low budget, terrible sound equipment. Royalton needs to do much better to compete with other resorts, itโs apparent that Management is restricting the food quantity and cheating out on the entertainment.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Royalton. Pros were definitely the food, beach and convenience of the smaller resort. I was very disappointed in the lack of friendliness in the staff. They were moody and quite unhelpful most times. We would call to have towels or water replaced in our room and they would never show up. There were certain areas of the resort that were not well maintained and looked dirty and unkept. Also the walls are very thin and conversations can easily be heard from one room to the next. I would recommend this resort, however you should keep in mind that there are some flaws if you are someone who has higher standards.

We would NOT recommend coming to this resort. The first day the water didnโt work and they didnโt have an estimate of when it would be back, so we were left without water for showering, toileting, washing our hands or anything all day! It was awful! The room had a bad โrotten eggโ smell and it was clear that the room was dirty. The elevators were extremely slow and there were only two. The resort is advertised as an โall inclusiveโ resort, but we had difficulty getting reservations for dining and when we did (2/4 nights after asking multiple times), we were forced to get certain dishes and it took over two hours to get our food. The food at the buffet was ok, but the taste was just off and not good. Overall terrible experience with dining and food. The only good thing about this resort is the pool area and staff members. I will never be coming back to Royalton.

I liked the service provided at the pool and lobby bars. The pool was nice but there were many things that I did not like. There was Difficulty getting into the restaurants within the resort, said we can reserve tables between 8am - 3pm but would not work. Although itโs rated as all inclusive restaurants limit food. First night stay there were plumbing issues, the water was shut off, could not use the sink, flush the toilet, or shower the whole day. The rooms are not updated. Took almost 3 hours to get an excursion where we had only 1 hour participating in the activity rather than getting the full 3 hours, we had to rush, they did not offer compensation or even partial refund. Lack of communication between the resort and customer. Overall, would not go back or recommend.
