Worst experience
I can’t believe that this experience was the worst of my long traveling life…. 2h30 hours waiting for a check in with almost 60 persons in the same situation !!! Finally the room… Dirty floor, hair everywhere. This hotel really need to check his management. I can’t even believe the ranking on hotel.com. I guess there gonna have other comments like this one

Very convenient location for us near friends. huge complex of with everything a family could want. Not really a place for couples, the breakfast was horribly crowded. A good place for families

The hotel is in a poor state of repair, with outdated and dilapidated rooms. Service is very poor from all but the Guest Relations team.
Food quality is high and the pool is very nice.
Overall a huge disappointment for a 4 star property.

Dream holiday with family
Our stay was AMAZING. I visited with my two kids, they LOVED our stay especially the amazing central pool and the pool by the ocean. What really made our stay memorable was Pasta Pasta restaurant where the Pizza and Pasta was out-of-this-world. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxed holiday where you literally don't need to leave the hotel, all your fun/comfort needs are fully provided.

ファミリー4人で3泊しました。部屋は3ルーム用意して頂き、妻は広すぎると驚いていました。部屋からの景色もオーシャンビューでとても気持ちいいです。ロビー脇のレストランでは生演奏を聴きながら食事ができ、ゆっくりと食事ができました。プールも3ヶ所あり、子供たちは次はあのプール、その次はこのプールと喜んでいました。広いガーデンもあり妻は気持ちいいと写真をたくさん撮っていました。1FにはATMもあり、レストラン、お土産店も並んでいて、町で探し回る必要がありませんでした。セキュリティもしっかりしていて楽しい休日でした。

If you're looking for a family hotel this is a good place to stay as it has 4+ pools and a beach. We stayed in the Ocean Wing which was in very good condition considering the hotel is a bit dated. The service was good and the staff were friendly.

Loves this hotel!
My time in Pattaya was incredible, mostly because of my stay in this hotel. It’s right on the beach. Rooms are clean and inviting. Staff was kind and helpful. I particularly appreciate the manager at check in. There was confusion that happened upon arrival even through my room was pre-paid for upon reservation. The manager promptly fixed the problem and upgraded us as well! We had a lovely time! Will definitely stay here again!
