After a bit of trouble initially getting keys to the unit (the front desk staff may act as if they aren't there to do this job, but I was told that the people renting out the units pay them extra to take care of handing out keys, selling the special coins for the laundry, etc., so don't be put off!), we were pleasantly surprised at the coziness of the unit. If you are on the side (807, 808), there is no big building next to you, so you have a bit of view off the small deck (be careful if you have kids, the deck wall is not that high!). Nothing fancy, like your first apartment after college, but has what you need (beds, kitchen, bathroom) and the kitchen and day bed area is separated from the bedroom, so two people could have some space. Clean on the surface of things but the floors could use a huge scrubbing and the table top, etc. surfaces as well.
Neighborhood super convenient to red line metro (at end of block), lots of shops for food, drink, etc.
We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
