Very quaint hotel in the heart of the old town with modern finishes in the room. Great location with super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Lugano.

This location was perfect! It was close to all of the shopping, the lake, restaurants, etc. And it felt so private going up an elevator to only our suite. Loved it!

La suite 1 del San Carlo Suite es muy linda, cómoda, sin ruidos, tamaño ideal para dos personas aunque éramos tres y también estuvo bien! Muy bien ubicado, a metros del Lago Lugano y de la zona de compras. Todo un 10. La recomiendo.

Propre, bien accueilli. Le bémol c est la douche. Dès que l on mettait du chaud , la pression était nulle ( dernier étage) Nous avons donc pris une douche froide ☹️. Hôtel très bien situé.
