My worst birthday in Summerfield
It was worst service in my life to book the summerfield. Actually, my family couldn't stay there on my birthday because of the terrible system. Eventually, I cancelled my booking after losing 3 hours of my bithday eve at Summerfield.
I booked Summerfield on my birthday.
When I tried to check in, receptionist told me my booking had been cancelled. But there was no cancellation as far as I double-checked,and my family had spent our golden time. At that time, I had limitation to connect to Wi-fi, so we're about to leave Sumnerfield after 2 hours of wasting time without active help from manager in charge.
My wife tried to connect to customer service at booking site before our unintended leaving, and we found out that it was Summerfield's fault. Anyhow, we decided to stay in Summerfield eventhough my family felt so bad,and it's my birthday eve. But we couldn't accept the reality when we entered into our lodge. There was only one bad that we didn't book. We booked lodge with 2 beds for our 4 family menbers. We couldn't endure anymore, and we moved back to reception. We asked for manager to cancel and reimburse for the damage on my time, anger and disappointing. Their answer was to provide champaign and fruit for the compensation. This is the action of luxurious Summerfield. I realized they didn't consider customer's inconvenience seriously. I felt they just treat the customer the way of earning money, not deserved visitor. For me? it was the terrible birthday in my life.
