We stayed in this hotel for the first time and everyone really liked it. The service was really good. The rooms and bathrooms are also great. They provide free bottle of water at any given time. The place is amazing and being near by golden beach makes it a very reasonable place for your stay. You can get auto rickshaws easily at cheaper rates to visit Lord Jagannathโs temple as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The money I spent could not get good service.
Always having an issue with Door Opening Card. Every single time I have to request attendant to open the door.
Itโs so crazy that when you leave your room Air Condition is turned off because you have to take your key out. Air conditioning was not working properly, I requested to look at but nothing happened.
Balcony area left dirty, I donโt think cleaning crew looking for it..

Bathroom weas not having a separation in between bathing and dressing area. Once you take a bath complete floor is wet followed by slippery in main room.
Air Conditioning fan was too noisy in the room, difficult to sleep.
Internet is damn slow.

They have a no-onion, no-garlic veg restaurant which we liked but service was terrible. When we complained, attitude towards us became unfriendly though not hostile. Room wasn't clean enough, one of the bed sheet and blanket wasn't laundered before giving us. Daily cleaning has been pretty poor, they charge by hour if not checked out on time, which is pretty annoying.

Piece of Garbage
Not sure how this hotel can be rated a 4 star.
We had trouble every step of the way:
1. Check-in Experience
Found the rooms to be extremely dirty and unhygienic.
Bathrooms reeked like a public restrooms.
Sheets and linens were not changed.
Pillows had hair strands from prior guests.
Sheets were stained and not changed. Some had blood stains.
I have uploaded the pictures to the review.
Unfortunately, we were 5 of us and were unable to get 3 rooms at Mayfair at the last minute so had to spend the night in this dumpster.
We asked the house keeping guy to change all the sheets and pillows covers in all the rooms. At some point during this, he decided to throw a tantrum and left. The owner of the hotel had to request him to come back and complete the change.
The checkin process took 3 hours.
We had booked the room for two days but ran the next day.
2. Dining Experience
When we ordered in-room dining, we got used, unwashed cutlery.
3. No Hot Water in the room.
4. Checkout Experience
The hotel does not accept international cards.
