I can't get over how amazing my stay was. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly and assisted me with everything I needed. The amenities and services were top-notch, and I loved the manga area. Great location with an amazing view. I loved the breakfast buffet options and will recommend my friends and family to check this hotel out when they visit Osaka. Hotel is outdated and need a remodel. Breakfast is not as expected, pretty pricey for what is offered. Location is close to Osaka castle but far from main touristic areas. The shuttle to subway is a nice addition but when you don't have the shuttle the hotel is a bit far from transportation so definitely worth considering another location. Staff is great. Very limited dining options around.
