The hotel is right in the Medina, but tucked away. It is also very quiet inside. The room was perfect. Cool and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are extremely polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They answered all our of questions, ensured we were comfortable, and arranged everything for our stay. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I cannot recommend strong enough to stay at this hotel. I can't believe there is a better situated and more elegant in the Medina.

A beautiful property with fantastic service. The rooftop terrace is delightful - we had dinner and enjoyed the beautiful view. The included breakfast was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. We did a nice Medina walk from the property. We loved our stay! Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff providing excellent service, with a friendly and helpful approach. Great breakfast with both international and national touch. Clean and overall great interior. Great location, though only car service used by hotel was allowed inside the walls of the ’old city center’ - here again the hotel staff immediately helpful by providing info and booking of above service.

The place was very interesting visually and nice. It was a bit of a walk uphill to the hotel from the car drop off. The AC was pretty weak so the room got a bit hot at times. My only real issue is that, despite having a do not disturb sign on the door, twice people opened the door to my room while I was sleeping. As a woman traveling alone it was extremely alarming and made me feel very unsafe.
