Few niggles like the fact they didn’t proactively acknowledge Platinum VIP status / benefits or discuss the museum tour options which we overheard from other people checking in. Despite that it’s a great hotel with nice facilities. Breakfast is probably on the pricey side for what you get but maybe worth trying on one of the days - the breakfast staff are super friendly!

Great location for taking a cruise. The port is across the street. Location is close to city center. Easy walk to most sites. The room was big and the amenities were very welcomed.
