These are my experiences.
1. I made a reservation for a total of five nights from December 21st to 26th.
2. I heard that the hotel counter was open until 22:00, but since it was a self-service hotel, there was no one, not only the counter but also the manager. You cheated.
3. I chose a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes in the room was severe. (I checked in early morning on the 22nd.)
So I heard you were going to clean the room, but surprisingly, I came on the night of the 22nd and found that it was not cleaned at all.
4. On the first day, the smell of cigarettes was so bad that they were going to give us extra cleaning. (Of course they didn't do anything.)
After that, they also said that they would be given cleaning and towels every three days.
Is it common practice to clean once every three days, give towels only once every three days, and give disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste only once every three days?
5. And there was a lot of cleaning and mold dust in the room, and I gave up a hundred times saying I could sleep as long as the bed was clean, but the bed was especially so dirty. There were so many foreign substances (blood? body fluid?) in the blanket that I couldn't cover it.
Therefore, I was shivering in the cold for two nights from December 21 to 23 morning without being able to cover my blanket.
I couldn't sleep because it was so cold and checked out on the morning of 12/23 (even though I had 3 more days left to book)
