My experience at this hotel was disappointing and stressful from the start. I never received an online check-in email, so the check-in process took over two hours and required me to walk around several buildings while trying to reach support—calls went unanswered for long periods. The initial room was dirty and smelled bad, and I had to request a room change. After the first night, I developed a severe skin reaction that required medical attention, likely due to the bedding—all support was slow and most solutions required extra effort on my part. The combination of poor communication, bad room conditions, and health issues made this stay very unpleasant for both myself and my family. I cannot recommend this hotel or the booking experience.
