The good thing is, this property is close to Saint Marc’s Square. Very handy to see attractions. Getting the key out of lock box was not the best. The code did not work, but we pulled hard and it opened. The unit could use some repair and paint. There was a rope tied to flusher in one of the bathrooms, in order to flush the toilet. Wires were just hanging out of the wall with no cover in one of the bedrooms and if you have young children that could be an issue. No towels were there for doing dishes. I used the old wash clothes they provided to wash the dishes. They only had sheets on the beds. No blankets. When we looked for blankets, they looked old and one had a hole in it. None matched. We had extended family in another location even closer to Saint Marc’s Square and all the bedding was the same, fresh & new. We had paid more for this location and the other apt was closer and nicer for a cheaper price.

Pros: very good location walkable to Rialto Bridge, Saint Mark’s Square where has Saint Mark’s Cathedral, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sigh, and water bus station and Gondola ride are right next door. Cons: no hot water, no soaps, and there are a lot of mosquitos that bite you. My wife’s face is swollen because of mosquitos’ bites at her face, and we can’t take showers for no hot water.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to enjoy your time in Venice. First off, the pictures are nothing like when you walk in the apartment in-person. It’s very small, stuffy, outdated, fire hazard, dirty, I could go on. Second, THERE WERE ANTS EVERYWHERE!!! Tons in the kitchen by the stove and sink! An army line in the bathroom, bedroom and one on the bed. My mother had one crawling on her back! Third, no instructions or booklet to let you know what’s what or WiFi. You have to plug in everything like the ac, tv, lights, pretty much anything that has power, then figure out how to use it. And lastly, after contacting the manager with my complaints, he simply tried to brush me off and told me asking for my money back because of the conditions and I was leaving, was blackmail? That made me laugh hard, Expedia did their part and so Is my credit card company so jokes on him. We got to Venice around 6:30 and no answer or an emergency line to get into contact with someone. Just left in the dark. Unfortunately we had to stay one night there because I was trying to figure out how to get us out of there and it was late. Safe to say I did and booked this beautiful room at the hotel next door Violino d’ oro Venezia. They took such good care of us!! Got us out as soon as they could, picked up our luggage from their back door and in we went. It was such a relief and made our time in Venice worth it because I would have hated it if I stayed here. Trust me, book somewhere else!!!

We were advised that our apartment had a broken boiler so were moved to this ‘upgrade’ apartment. It had a broken glass door/window, old shutters & the condition of the furniture was poor very poor. 3 flights of stairs, no lift. Some noise from cafe below. It was however, in a great location. Host was responsive.

The property was in a good spot it had a lot of luxury stores just around the corner but the down side was that first, none of the heaters worked, second you had to manually put the shower heater for it work and it just worked sometimes. We also contacted the property owner but he was not very caring at all he just responded but it was no a good service . Overall it was a good located apartment but the amenities were not really that good around the premieres it was great but again the services were not the best, I would not recommend this more even so in the low temperature seasons because you will suffer through the the cold

Unfortunately, we thought we were getting an apartment with air-conditioned bedrooms as was stated in the amenities. We also could not use the living room because it was so hot and we had to pull mattresses and sleep on the floor in the one room that had air conditioning. Also, the TV could not work because there was no plug due to an extension cord running in order to operate the air conditioner. It was disappointing because we were hot and tired and did not have a very restful stay.

L'appartement est idéalement placé, à 3 minutes à pied de la place Saint Marc et du Vaporetto, dan su n quartier prestigieux. Il est spacieux et confortable. Les contacts avec le gérant sont rapides, efficace et toujours très agréables. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner ou à le conseiller à la famille ou aux amis.

The apartment is centrally located and clean. You are one one canal away from San Marcos Square, allowing you easy access without the large crowds at your door step. It can be a bit difficult to find initially so read the instructions carefully. Once you figure it out it will be very easy to remember. Can’t beat the price considering the location and size of apartment.

Location location. Great location, although different than the one in Expedia map by one bridge. Apartment OK, not great. Age is starting to show and construction all around doesn’t help. Construction makes it difficult to find, with scaffolding blocking the address number, and also making everything dusty and dirty, but even guests of 5 and 4 star hotels next door walked past it to get to their rooms. Instructions provided where not updated to accommodate construction changes in gates, there are two to get to apartment (good security). As far as apartment, as mentioned, older, not cleaned well, couches in picture were very dirty, sent pictures to office right away to ensure we weren’t blamed. Old AC units took a while to get going because required remotes where in a drawer, with about 5 other ones, so was able to find batteries. One didn’t work until maintenance came out was do to blown outlet so they had to run an extension cord. Wifi was terrible, instructions said to keep rebooting modem, which we never even found. We had asked early because we were working so had contracted a portable wifi for the EU, great value. Management company was OK, just wished they would’ve communicated visit for service people better, I just happened to have stopped by to rest or they would’ve gotten there with our daughter alone working. Overall, this apartment is OK, can be great with a few touches and once construction is finished.

Overall the area is really unsafe and very dusty. Nothing as it seems on the pictures. The host did not let us turn on the AC on the property. It was very hot inside the property and they did not even let us turn the AC.

The property was in fantastic location and close to all the amenities – restaurants, cafes, museums, attractions, shops etc. Just a great location. However, within the property the main bedroom’s lights were not working; the showers in both bathrooms were not efficient at all; the television does not work; and the noise and dust from the building works around the property were not acceptable.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The directions were not good due to the construction going on in the area. Had issues with internet and hot water (property sent maintenance person) because of this they did allow us to check out late. Location was good but the apartment needs updating.

交通與入住方便，離聖馬可廣場非常近。廚房乾淨，設備齊全。有洗衣機、洗碗機與微波爐。房間也舒適。兩間浴室，其中一間的shower完全無法使用。洗碗機、洗衣機或熱水壺，其中兩種同時使用，容易發生跳電。丟垃圾時間8:00-18:00。有兩個moka咖啡壺。住了7晚，很滿意。

This place could be so much better. It was actually a bit disappointing for our family stay. I will specify the good and bad of this place. Good - location is amazing. Private water taxi pick up using St. Regis pier, Gondola service right downstairs with many high end luxury shopping next to the apartment. The place is spacious for our family of 5 with 2 bathroom and kitchen. The bad - construction right next door. The jackhammer noise woke us up everyday around 8:15, feel like the walls about to collapse. I trust once the construction is completed, this place will be much better. Apartment wasn’t very clean with hair and dust under the bed and desk. Small bathroom shower has minimal water pressure and have to wait 4 mins for hot water, and once you get hot water, it lasts about 10 mins, so you better shower quick. The host communicated fast, check in was easy with self lockbox access. Just hope they would take care of the little things.

Apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walking from the Vaporetto station, and less than 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco. Apartment is clean and well-maintained. It comes with a washing machine, which comes handy for dirty laundry. The alley and the building itself are under construction, and so one has to walk next and under scaffolding to find the entrance, and there are workers during the day. But no one ever stays in the apartment in Venice, other than to sleep!
