Enjoyed my stay at Acorns guesthouse. Lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a great breakfast. Hosts were friendly and helpful with anything needed. Close to nearby shops (walkable) or drivable to next town. Enjoyed my stay was great value :D

Lovely people, immaculate cleanliness and presentation. Breakfast was great! Just a note on the parking, its fine for most cars but think twice if you have a low fronted sports car as its up quite a steep hill.

We really enjoyed our two night short stay. The location is great, being a very short walk from the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The welcome and check was warm and efficient, the room was lovely, very nicely decorated with all the expected amenities. Breakfast choice was good and the quality was excellent. The hosts Denise & Steve are really nice people and very knowledgable and helpful when seeking advice on where to eat and what to see. We would definitely recommend Acorns Guest House and hope this will not be our first visit.

Stayed at the Acorns Guest house for two nights in July 2022. Very good location, a one minute walk to Newberry Beach. Lots of local pubs, and great scenery. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Perfect spot
Acorns is a lovely B&B minutes from the beach. Very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast too, where you can get top tips on where to go and what to do. Well finished and clean rooms. It was perfect for us. Steve and Denise are really lovely. When we left, my son (7), said he was going to miss Denise.
