We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ai Cherubini. This property is not a hotel nor an AirBNB...it is something in between--a residenzia. There is someone on the front desk during the day, the room was cleaned daily and we had a front door key. Our room and bathroom were both very nice and spacious. The staff was wonderful--positive and helpful at every encounter. The location was outstanding...very close to the "bus"(boat) stop plus, easy to walk to all key attractions. Good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great 3 days. The hotel is well located - easy access to all attractions and great coffee shops and restaurants - clean and decorated in Venetian style. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is quite old and in need or repair. Perhaps this is common in Venice hotels but I was not aware as this was my first time. The staff were excellent, courteous, helpful and the location was walkable to many sights. There was no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor. If you have mobility issues please select another hotel. The hotel was kind enough to send me a message the day before with instructions for which water ferry stop to take and how to reach the hotel from the ferry.
