Links to provide guest information didn't work. Asked customer service to input, else no entry code. They say they did, but didn't upload properly. So I sat outside in -7C degrees for 1.5 hours trying to get customer service to tell me the problem and let me in. Claus couldn't even find my booking, asking me repeatedly for the same information. No apologies, appalling service then cut me off! In 1 min, Annika saw the issue, added the details and got me the code. Lovely once inside but the pre-stay and poor Comms really let it down.
