I made my reservation through Hotels.com. It said pay at the hotel. Great! My friend and I wanted to split the charge on our credit cards. When we arrived, they automatically charged my card. We were told there was no way to correct this. The young person said I'd have to refund you and re-do it and he wasn't going to do that. I then had a Hotel.com gift certificate which he looked at and handed it back to me like I was an idiot. We got our keys and went to our room. We were told the lobby closed at one. I went down to get a missing hair dryer at 10:15 and no one was there. There also was an iron burn on the carpet. We have stayed here multiple times of the last few years and it has been great. Have they changed owners??? Don't think we will be back.
