I loved everything about Brookdale, Pauline and Chris were wonderful, the breakfasts spectacular, the advice about where to go and what to do was brilliant. The room was amazingly comfortable, the whole experience could not have been nicer!

Excellent B and B

Pauline welcomed us so warmly, provided excellent information about the area, and gave all the extra care when she knew I wasn’t feeling well. As well, the Irish breakfast was amazing !! Highly recommend this B and B !!

Brookvale is nestled in the beautiful counrt side and makws you feem like you are in exactly what ypu thought Ireland would be ... The food was wonderful she has a list of many options she can cook for you! Beds are ridiculously comfy and the tub in the bathroom is to die for! 10/10 one for the books!! Thank you Brookvale! Xo

Tremendously charming. Right on the wexford to wellington bridge local bus 388 route! Pauline was so welcoming to her home and everything I requested for breakfast including Live Irish Youghort was served with a smile😀

Excellent B&B

Lovely stay at this B&B, very friendly welcome , had drinks and cake on the patio on arrival.The room has everything you need and is like home from home. Great bathroom and shower just what we needed after along hot day. If you are in the area book this place it is excellent Thanks and best wishes Grahame & Joanne

Perfect stay

I had a wonderful time in the house. The room was very cozy and super clean. Pauline is a very friendly host and did everything to make me satisfied. The property has a nice garden and parking was very good. The shower cabin is huge and sparkling. It was a great pleasure to take a shower. The bed was just perfect you would like to stay in the bed the whole day. The price was very cheap for this good accommodation. I hope to stay there again Thank you Pauline.

Best Bed and Breakfast I've stayed at

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing stay here. Pauline is the best host and a fantastic cook. She would always go out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and would always respond to any questions we had promptly. Breakfast was always served on time and I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat more. Everything was clean and well kept. The bed was beyond comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The bathtub was great for the end of the night for winding down. The bathrobes provided were a nice touch. I would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend to anyone traveling this part of the country.

Absolutely lovely

Whether travelling for business or pleasure, this is without doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed. Great attention to detail, lovely hosts, and definitely pay the extra for breakfast! The lemon & raspberry cake was amazing. Can’t recommend enough

modernste und stilvolle Einrichtung, aber was nützt das, wenn es bereits im Korridor und dann stark im Zimmer muffig, modrig riecht, so dass man kaum atmen kann?

The property was first class. In a beautiful location and beautifully maintained. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the hostess, Pauline, was a delight. A wonderful B&B and I would fully recommend it.

Accueilli par Pauline, la maîtresse de maison. Un thé et du gâteau maison (excellent) nous attendait. Premier contact vraiment top. Chambre propre et jolie, salle de bain sympa. Petit dej en plus mais franchement cela les vaut très très largement : il était excellent, la cuisine était vraiment succulente. Cerise sur le gâteau : les conseils de Pauline sur notre trajet vers Cork (trajet le long de la côte alors que nous pensions simplement prendre la 'motorway') nous ont fait découvrir des endroits magnifiques. Encore un grand merci à Pauline!

Brookvale was excellent! Lovely welcome, comfortable, spotless and homely feel. I spent only one night here, but would happily have stayed for longer. The owners were so caring and gave me excellent information about the local area. A wonderful place to stay, in a beautiful area.

Highly recommend!

Chris and Pauline are ultimate hosts with a lovely house! Spent 2 nights and if the opportunity arises, will stay again. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wow, what a fantastic place

Pauline & Chris are the most amazing welcoming hosts with such wonderful warm Irish hospitality that went far beyond what anyone could possibly expect. Their home was beautiful and I was made to feel more like a family guest than a paying guest and the room was stunning. Needless to say it was spotless and the bed really comfy. The breakfast prepared by Pauline was simply magnificent, and it was a shame that I could not do it full justice! My stay was the first of a six night tour of Ireland’s west coast, after which I stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels, none of which compared to Brookvale. I cannot recommend this place or its charming hosts Pauline & Chris highly enough. Hope to see you again.
