People at desk were pretty bussy chatting, seemed an inconvenience to check in even when we already had a reservation. They weren't really eally into answering questions or just servicing. Everyone else was decently nice (kitchen and room service) just perception plummets after the first service is done by the bussy people at the desk.

Holiday Inn is a fairly new building with everything working as expected. Full breakfast buffet with an outstanding service. Not much around the property outside of a Gas station with a convenience store.

We love Holiday Inn but this property was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The staff was extremely rude, every amenity we requested they advised was not available. We had an early morning flight and requested their courtesy shuttle at 4 a.m they advised they actually didn’t have it at that time so we requested it for an hour later and still was not available, basically every hour we told them they said it wasn’t available but they called us a taxi which was a nightmare in itself. None of the staff was coordinated enough for any of the amenities such as the pool and the restaurant. After a 4 hour drive to the hotel rooms were not available until after 5:30 p.m (check in is at 3 p.m). We booked a total of 4 rooms which were all on separate floors ready at separate times. Also you need a key to each floor. I have never had such a NIGHTMARE of a hotel stay. STAFF IS VERY RUDE
