Unfortunately no elevator but they helped me with my luggage on a third floor. Also no kettle in a room but they gave me cups and boiled water so I could make myself a breakfast. I would suggest to have a sealed drinking bottle water instead what they got. It’s not sealed and kind of dangerous to drink. So I bought a bottle in ATB. Overall...

I booked into No. 10 ... but was given an apartment in No 1. This happened in a few steps and I ended with no alternatives.
I booked a luxury apartment.
What I got was:
filthy
no curtains on the windows
furniture dirty, damaged and low quality
no chest of drawers in one bedroom (there was, quite literally, just a bed).
