His kindness and warmth made us feel like welcomed friends, not just guests. The most thoughtful gesture capped our stay: we had a very early flight and had to check out long before breakfast was served. Without us even asking, he prepared a generous and hearty "to-go" breakfast for us to take to the airport. This level of attentive and personal care is rare and so deeply appreciated. The combination of a beautiful, A-class modern property and this degree of genuine, five-star hospitality is unbeatable. We have stayed in many hotels, but the Liman Hotel stands out as one of the very best. If our travels ever bring us back to Belgium, we will not hesitate to book our stay here again. "Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Very easy to get to from Zuid/Midi station. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with access to very good facilities. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!"

"The food in the restaurant was excellent. We had dinner, not breakfast. I did read reviews that. Praised the breakfast, but our flight was too early. Super convenient to walk out of the hotel into the airport departure area. What a time saver and takes away any worries about pickup problems."

"I had a wonderful stay at Le Châtelain. The hotel combines elegance with comfort offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, close enough to explore the city easily, yet it’s tucked away in a quiet area that makes it feel like a retreat. The staff are attentive and professional and the room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I would happily stay here again."
