"After a snafu with my VRBO, this was the last room in town. BEST BAD LUCK EVER!!!! The hotel was great!! The staff was awesome. The breakfast was slightly overpriced for the limited amount of options, but the view itself was INCREDIBLE!!! I was a little concerned about the lack of A/C in the rooms on a VERY HOT WEEKEND, but with the fan and the thick prison walls... it was no sweat. Literally!!!"

"Excellent location , it took only 15 mins walk to the Village. Please do yourself a favor by paying a bit more to stay at the hotel part. We made a mistake of booking in the residence at first, and it’s disappointing. In the residence, the bungalow was small and it located waaay in the back of the area. It took a while to walk to the front gate. They didn’t clean your space daily either. Then, we moved to the hotel part. It was much better! The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The cleaning staff came everyday, although they did come too early (sometimes we need to skip the cleaning simply bcs we’re not awake yet!). It placed close to the entrance, however there’s no concrete road that leads to the bungalow. To access it, we need to walk through a field full of acorns and dry leaves! Inside the area, they offered a lot of entertainment. They have a big pool, sun chairs, foyer with a lot of seatings, a bar, a coffee machine(!), pingpong tables, even mini golf area and tennis courts! I also liked it that they provide laundry room with three well-functioning washing machines and dryers. You only need to pay 9 euros to activate the machines! Overall, we would return and immediately stay in the hotel part. They could do better, but we’re pretty satisfied for now."

"Lovely flat in the centre of things- Tourist information, market, and Town hall all on your door step and the apartment itself is really lovely. The only things to be aware of before booking is that the flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. There is no lobby or reception area as it is just an apartment in a block of flats, but the hosts were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you are able bodied. "

The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. "We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer"

"This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."

"A great stay at the Ibis...Staff were very good and friendly especially Amrita from Mauritius. Carpet in Reception, Access to Lifts and Restaurant area very worn and not pleasing to the eye. Overall a lovely stay!"

"An old complex that looks like it hasn't seen any work done on it since 1980. Awful rooms. Terrible area, nothing to do. I was looking forward toa swim after my week long bike ride from Bordeaux but the poolm was closed, no reason given. Absolutely terrible place to stay, avoid."

"Does what it supposed to, there is a bed to sleep and a shower to wash. The room was very hot and the fan made too much noise to use. The window was left open all night but a lot of noise from the street. I think the check in time is slightly late. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It was ok for one night. "
